How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and packed, We will email the comfirmation order along the tracking number. You can check the tracking number(Post Express) in 1 day after get the tracking number.
How long does delivery take?
Local delivery is within 1 to 3 working days.
Are items in my cart reserved for me??
Putting an item into your cart does NOT reserve or hold that item for you. Until you proceed to checkout and make payment, that item will be available to other buyers. Many items are available in limited quantities, so an item may sell out before you checkout.
Payment
For now we only provide offline payment which is the payment must be make by transfer to our account(will be provide on checkout) then snap the receit picture to sent to our number(will provide on checkout) and your name to comfirm the order and payment.
What is your returns policy?
We do not accept any returns items unless wrong size and any mistake from Carrisa Team. Before we post out the item we will make sure the item is correct size, color and in good condition. Once item already post out it can't be exchange it to the other items.
